The hotel store was open early and late which was very convenient. The area was also pleasant and had a lot to do within walking distance and it felt safe. "

There were several issues during our stay that i think were significant due to the fact the hotel was sold out for the weekend: Parking is only valet and there was only one person working valet, so, could take up to 45min to get the vehicle 3 elevators but only 1 was working We didnt have hot water the first morning we showered The handle on our bathroom drawer was broken, the piece put in the drawer, when we arrived There were dirty dishes from the previous guest in the dishwasher, which caused the room to smell bad"

"We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert. There were multiple big events going on in the area and the staff was still amazing. Check in was quick. Housekeeping was polite. The building stayed clean even with the non stop traffic. Always enjoy staying at a Drury Inn!"

"Check in was at 4pm and we arrived at 5. They said our room wasn’t ready because they were behind with cleaning. We had a concert to leave for in an hour. They offered me to get ready in the locker rooms in the gym downstairs. We didn’t get into our room until a little after 6. Room was pretty small. The hotel itself is very nice! Had a coffee shop, a little seating area, bar, restaurant. Extremely upscale. No other parking options besides valet and public parking. "
