This unique 3-bedroom townhouse is situated in quiet mews only two-minutes walk from the waterfront at West Hoe, Plymouth. The property is only a 15-minute wander from the city centre and Theatre Royal and only 5 minutes from Smeaton’s Lighthouse and the infamous Tinside Lido. The stunning stroll down to the Barbican is only 20 minutes along the coastal path. If you’re planning a trip on the cross-channel ferry it’s a two minute drive away! If you’re visiting Plymouth for the football Home Park stadium is 40 minutes on foot or 25 minutes using bus from Western Approach. There are two pubs within two minutes as well as a convenience store, pharmacy, café, restaurant, fish & chip shop, themed play park and a dive centre. The property is semi-detached over 3 floors with it’s own private parking. On street parking also available. What’s unique is how quiet the area is. You won’t hear any traffic despite it being so central, so are guaranteed a decent nights’ sleep!
