Dreadful

The stuff are probably the most incompetent people I have ever met in the world. They are not polite, almost rude. We were booked in at the hotel and wanted to go into the restaurant and they couldn't accommodate us for about 45 minutes. There was no one in there. There is no staff at the bar. The bar stuff are completely useless. Takes about 30 minutes to get served and there's only five people at the bar. Never again, absolutely awful.

Decent parking at the front of the hotel. 100m from M&S food, Costa and starbucks. The room was large and comfortable. Was surprised that they only had one dressing gown in a room for two, they were happy to provide another at reception if you go down.

We enjoyed the spacious room, comfortable bed and efficient shower. We ate in the restaurant on one evening but although not busy, we waited an hour for our average quality pub style food which was not very hot when it arrived.

Nice stay

Stayed for one night. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Tea and coffee in the room. Shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Gym room on 1st floor and water cooler on the floor too. Free parking. Would stay again.

Reception staff very helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything you need. Bed was very comfy and view from room on 4th floor was fabulous. Did not eat at hotel but would have liked to, so maybe next time. Plenty of free parking.

Room was a good size but lacking a fridge. Lovely reception staff. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Sometimes completed, other times bin unemptied, towels left in bath, not vacuumed. Good for overnight or short stay, but no longer than 3-4 nights.

Good experience - would stay again.

Good experience. Despite a noisy wedding at the hotel, this did not impact on our stay. Receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable room - the twin was huge and it was well sound proofed.
