We had a family circumstance prior to checking in. Didnt ask for a refund but if we could change the date to something else, would have happily paid a fee to do so. Nope, they took the money and let the room sit empty. Disappointed in this hotel chain

Hotel clean,staff friendly, bar staff frequently leaving bar unattended with other guests asking me where to order! Once again wasnt given two free drinks voucher as Gold member,had to ask before given them! Times are tight for everyone Leonardo,stop trying to get away with the entitled free drinks!

Perfectly located for shopping and eating out. The staff were really helpful and polite. Room was lovely and clean and the selection of complimentary tea and coffee was great. Breakfast was perfect with. Plenty to choose from.

The room was a decent size. There was a tea tray which is a positive. Sadly the bed was too hard for me so I got little sleep. The room was too hot and when I opened the window the road noise was horrendous. Even with the window closed the noise disturbed what little sleep I got. What a shame because the hotel is in a good location.

Clean, well presented room just a shame there was a ‘nightclub’ across the road from our room. Was so loud my husband could hear through ear plugs! Lucky him that he had some to begin with. If we’d stayed more than one night we would have asked to be moved…

Computer issues at check in resulting in a 40 minute wait just to get a room key. Overall impression of the hotel is that it is dated. Definitely not in the right price category compared to other, more modern hotels in the area.
