Absolutely LOVED this hotel! We were only there for the night before we flew home, but I wish we were there for longer!! When we are back in playa del Carmen next, we will absolutely be staying here. The location was amazing! Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk and really lively. The staff were so helpful and I appreciated the attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. Front desk employees were also great and helped with directions and booking a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. Rooms were spacious and the pool was stunning! Loved my stay here.

The pool staff, especially the three Angel's were fantastic and anticipating the needs of the guests. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and they all made it so special..
