The pool staff, especially the three Angel's were fantastic and anticipating the needs of the guests. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and they all made it so special.. We stayed for a few days in February and could not have been happier with the entire experience, from check-in to our unfortunate back-to-reality departure! We loved the pool area and especially loved the location of the hotel in downtown Playa. We did hear music on the weekend evenings but with earplugs or our little handheld sound machine, we were absolutely fine. We will stay here again!

This hotel has an amazing location, right on fifth. Very close to some major attractions. The drinks on the roof are really good, and the staff is very nice. I am also a big fan of the temperature of the pool, it was the perfect temperature for it being 30C outside! Would highly recommend Hyatt Centric
