This was a beautiful resort, but would never go back there. I loved the rooms and that you could get room service and it only cost you $10 and you could order as much as you wanted to have. The rooms were amazing I loved that the kids had their own hotel room and we had our own with a full kitchen, sitting area with a tv and huge table. The Italian restaurant was the best restaurant there. Their burgers on the beach were amazing. 1- the buffet was small and didn’t offer much for breakfast. 2- nothing to do at night. No night life like a club or anything. Other than that we had a nice little vacation.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our group of seven: two adults, two young adults, two teenagers, and one 6-year-old. The kitchenette included a refrigerator, which was great for keeping our water cold, and a coffee maker for an easy cup of coffee before heading out each morning. The staff was always welcoming and friendly. Our ambassador, Diana, was especially helpful whenever we had questions or wanted to book an excursion, making everything easy. The resort truly had something for everyone. The beach was beautiful and easy to access, and the pools were amazing. They never felt overcrowded, so we could enjoy swimming, relaxing on the floats, or reading by the pool. The nightly entertainment was fun and had a relaxed atmosphere. It was easy to find a seat, and it never felt hectic or overly crowded. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this resort to families or groups looking for a fun, relaxing all-inclusive getaway.

We had an excellent stay at The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences. The service was truly outstanding and had the most helpful and attentive staff we’ve ever experienced. Every interaction felt warm and genuine, and the team consistently went above and beyond. Was there two weeks for a wedding that went well.The food was great with many options. Great staff! Also went for pickleball that I never got to play. First resurfacing going on first week. The second week all 3 courts were reserved from 8 am to 12 Dream trips club. In my opinion should have left at least had one court available for open play.
