Great Value! Great Service! AMAZING housekeeping! MATTY IS THE BEST! Our stay was almost a month, and we never had any issues with noise or construction. Bed super comfortable and sheets sparkling clean. Perfect location: close to bakeries, coffee shops, super market and shopping! Best Value in Town.

We had a wonderful 5‑night stay here. The price was excellent, the amenities like the pool and outside patio table were great, and the location close to Avenida 5 made it easy to reach tourist spots. The staff were super friendly, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, quiet but yet close to great food, shopping and safe neighborhood. Property was great for the price actually fantastic for the price. Loved the staff. Free parking which I recommend using, get a rental car save money. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful courtyard with lots of shade and foliage. Room was clean, with great AC. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Notably, Rodrigo at the front desk helped us out with booking an excursion, dealing with airport transportation and was great for recommending local food spots! Also, the manager Carmello the coati is adorable. Recommend for an affordable and comfortable stay.

Being outdated was not the problem but rather how poorly it is kept. Chipped paint, rusty, leaking toilet, garden needs some work, and dirty pool that you could not swim in.
