El Dorado Casitas Royale is one of my favorite places to be. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. They are prompt in giving assistance when needed. We were able to book our dinner reservations with no issues. The room was clean the mini bar was always stocked. I can't wait to go back.

Our room was surprisingly cleaned. It was cleaned every day and I believe it was twice a day. The staff there were delightful everyone was happy, they evenremembered our names. We felt very good being there The hot tub water was very hot just like it should be they are bars everywhere I mean the staff at the bars also as well were very attentive and very much looking forward to pleasing all the guests.

Our casita was large and spacious.bed was very comfortable but some furniture needed to be replaced. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Food was very good only complaint food was not serve hot. Many times it was warm.
