Amazing stay in Playa del Carmen, checkin was fabulous with Luis (all staff were friendly and helpful), room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean - hotel is quite new and very tastefully decorated. Lovely rooftop pool and well equipped gym on the ground floor. No restaurant service after breakfast but we knew that and there’s a lot of food choice around. Situated just off 5th Avenue, seconds walk to shops and restaurants at the quieter end of town. We would recommend a massage at Veronica’s across the road and beauty treatments at Monika’s on 5th. We stayed at the end of a 1 month trip and were aware of sargassum at the beach so were happy to stay nearer town. Perfectly located also for the Xcaret parks. Highly recommend.
