The hotel is not 4-star condition. Continental breakfast was served at a hotel 2 blocks away. Reception did not know it was included. Staff is pleasant and hospitable. Pool is nice and roof top offers comfortable seating arrangement. AC struggled at times and the balcony light did not turn off. It's an okay hotel. For the price, there are plenty of options all over Playa del Carmen.

Good value for a boutique property located walking distance to the beaches. NOTE: Be careful about parking if you self-drive as you can get a ticket since there are no designated parking spaces and the local police will ticket your vehicle AND remove the plate from the vehicle! This can disrupt your trip as you need to spend your time to visit a local govt department to pay fees to retrieve your license plate 😖

Excellent little boutique hotel, wonderful staff, and comfortable rooms. If you’re looking for a quieter, cozier stay in Playa, this is a good place. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, and the balcony was very nice. Spacious room and bathroom, especially for the price. It’s definitely worth it to get one of the balcony side rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, being very flexible with our check in and check out, and allowing us to upgrade rooms at no additional cost.
