The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with advice of things to do there. It’s close to everything. Love feeding the ducks on the river in the back of the hotel. The covered parking was wonderful. The room was impeccably clean. We have already booked it again for next month. You have to stay at this hotel!

The staff was very courteous. The rooms were clean, there was not any weird smells. The pool was okay for the size for an indoor pool. My kids loved it lol.

Staff were rude ! We had kids an they put us on the top floor but complained about them on the elevator that was slow so kids being kids get impatient waiting walking the stairs or wanting to jump on the elevator on next floor because it was open on that floor . The pool was on 1st floor so they were back and forth a lot why not just put family’s with kids on floors close to pool knowing that’s where they will be most of the time :/ Said they were to noisy but all we herd was a screaming mom and toddler two doors down well kids are loud especially when you have two rooms full.

When I stay at a hotel, I worry about cleanliness but have never had a problem at this hotel, it’s always so clean and smells great. The pool water was so warm, my daughter loved it! We’ve stayed here many times and plan to stay plenty more times. Only advice I’d say is add a full length mirror in the rooms, it’s so helpful when several are getting ready. Wonderful, friendly staff too!

I go to pigeon forge and stay at River Bend often, they are friendly and located in a great location and are fair priced, by a red light so easy to get out, would highly recommend it

Parking was easy. We got to park next to the entrance both nights we were there. The staff was nice . The room was clean and beds were comfortable, except the remote was dirty and grimy The walls were thin and I could hear the baby crying next door last night We had a room with a balcony and a view of the river. However if you donot like road noice or hearing ducks at 4:30 In the morning don't get a balcony room Over all the place and stay was nice

One of thr cleanest hotels ive ever stayed in. Staff was great. You know when you stay in a hotel in the maids going around you can hear everything but it was so quiet I never could tell when they were cleaning. And the cleaning stuff was so sweet everybody there was so sweet definitely will stay here again. If you're a big smoker you might not want to stay here. No smoking at all in the premises thank God I always smoke 4 cigarettes a day.

Had 2 rooms to fit 8 of us. Both rooms were clean, smelt great, clean linens, clean bathrooms, and the floors were clean. Hotel was in a great location and the pool was clean. Will stay again! 10 out of 10!

We went for a cheap getaway. The hotel was pretty old, stained hall carpets, mound round the bathroom faucet, stains down the lower bathroom walls etc. The front desk staff need training they are so rude. We walked in at 1 to see if we might be able to check in early and were met with a lady saying gruffly “nothings available”. I find this hard to believe that not a single room is free but even so, her tone and literally that’s her welcome! Terrible. We came back after checking in time, new front desk lady, not very smartly dressed and also with an attitude. Just like she didn’t want to be there. Not a great start. The room was clean, balcony overlooks neighboring property which is a building site. Bathroom clean but run down. Pool, tiny and in the main corridor and also by a front door so it is not the warmest and if you’re swimming every passerby is staring at you. Pool links onto second floor with balcony so if you’re ok that floor it may be noisy. Breakfast was honestly so bad we went out the second day. It runs till 9 and they are very aggressive at closing it exactly on time. No yogurt, no peanut butter or cream cheese, no waffles or pancakes, no bacon or boiled eggs. It’s hard horrid little sausage patties and some scrambled egg (very bland), a bit of bread, some tiny muffins and that’s it. It’s poor. Even for a lower class establishment. We were barely in the hotel as we were out so much so it didn’t matter. Will I be back? No.
