The staff were great. The breakfast was not that impressive. But what really surprised me was how bad the room was. We stayed in room 615 and the wallpaper was peeling off at the tub and the back wall of shower surround had a very big busted place. Just was not what I expected and whoever is responsible for interior of rooms I feel is not doing their job.

Joan on check in was pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean and a good size. Balcony nice, overlooking the island (additional charge). Towels had a strong smell of chlorine and the pool towels were removed and not replaced on a daily basis, we had to go down to reception to get new ones. Breakfast could have more healthier food choices, more fruit not just bananas. Conveniently located. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.
