The room assigned faced main road “Parkway” and we could hear (loudly) every single car that passed by. The room needs serious soundproofing. Other than that, the facilities were nice and clean, and the location of the hotel is great.

"This was my first time visiting Pigeon Forge, TN, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was welcoming and attentive during both check-in and check-out. The room was spotless, living up to the positive reviews I had read. I especially loved the wood flooring; it’s much nicer than carpet and adds to the room's aesthetic. The location is perfect for local travel, parking was easy, and it was great being able to visit The Island without any parking headaches. Highly recommend!"

The room was ok. Pool was warm. No clear signs for how to operate the hot tub.street noise was loud at times. There was something wrong with the shower. They called and said it had to be looked at but then never told us what happened or if it was resolved. With staying at Margaritaville location there was no perks at eating at the food venues they have close. We went to the one next to the hotel. Food was less than avarage, my burger cooked wrong manager had to comp it. Once I did get my food it wasn’t worth the hassle. Left Hungary and disappointed. Kids liked the pool which makes it better for me. Friendly staff,
