There were missing lightbulbs. One of the light fixures didn’t have a cover. One of the outlets was broken. My husband saw roaches in the bathroom. We checked out just a few pull hours after checking in.

It was horrible, not at all what I thought. They didn't say anything about they were remodeling. I was supposed to be on the 5th floor in room 521 couldn't even find it had to go back downstairs and ask for directions. The view from the balcony was great. Turn on the shower, decided to sit on the bed and something wasn't right, so I turn back the bedding and there it was bed bugs everywhere, Lucky enough I haven't started unpacking so I decided to do a video got out of that room as fast as I could went downstairs and complained the law enforcement was already there. I do not recommend this place for anyone it is infested. I had to take and pay at a different hotel so that was money thrown away. I wish there was a way I could post a video to their website.

Was told was remolded by the pics and online. Remolding doesn’t even start until 2026. Not sure where pics came from. The people that live in the hotel had the breakfast gone by 8 am. Never mentioned people live there. Very outdated and not clean. 2nd time that Experian has promoted hotels only to find out the hotels are not what they say they are and pictures outdated. Experian will no longer get any of our money. I will call places first hand or go through another company. Very disappointed

Hotel was dirty. Says remolding but no remolding construction was happening. Found an old dirty pipe container in room behind nightstand when unplugged phone chargers. Limited tv channels old tvs. Beds were horrible. Doors were suppose to lock from being able to.come in from outside of building at 11pm but doors had no locks. Unsafe. Pool area dirty and cloudy water. Use to visit here often few years ago definitely went down hill since then.

The room was absolutely DISGUSTING. The floors were nasty and stained. The bathroom had mold all over. The beds had bedbugs. There was a condom and random pills on the floor in the hallway leading to the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The hotel is being updated but it did not interfere with our stay. The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and so was the beds. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was wonderful with many choices! The hotel does have an indoor pool with lazy river. We did not use the pool this time. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was nice. My family and I will stay again at this hotel.

The room was clean and had refrig, coffee maker, and a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The down side was the carpets in hallways was old and worn. The pool area needs much improvements, the hot tub was hot but did not have any jets working. kids running back and forth from hot tub to pool to lazy river. Lazy river had no tube to go around lazy river in. Indoor Pool was freezing cold. Breakfast area was not great, better to eat somewhere else. The lady in charge of breakfast around 5 till she started cleaning up things and noone could go back for anything, no more coffee which was really terrible. I mean truly they should keep coffee available at least till noon if not all day during winter time. Also when I went to exchange towels for our room the cleaning lady was like I was trying to steal the towels, but believe me it was not worth the steal. Again for the price it was ok. I was only there with a friend for a shopping trip and would rather not spend a bunch on hotel as wanted to shop. HOwever, with this price also comes the elements, one day our hotel room smelled of pot, as someone within our balcony room was smoking pot. We had to leave and go out to avoid the abusive smell.
