We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean upon arrival. The staff also cleaned and made the bed daily while we were there. Breakfast is good, location close to just about everything we needed. It’s nice that each room has balcony. Front desk staff is also nice and accommodating. We will stay here again.

The check in process was quick and easy. The young ladies at the front desk were nice, friendly, and professional. The only thing with the whole stay was the marijuana smell going into the building we were staying in. The location of the hotel was fantastic and a short drive to Dollywood.

Don’t go by the pics cause it’s a lot smaller in person. The pool, the room, and how the room looks. We went by pics and were very disappointed when we got there. Breakfast was awesome lots to choose from! Staff was amazing! Will definitely go back.

There were a lot of people checking in when I checked in but the transaction was still smooth and pretty quick. The staff was very courteous and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable with sliding door access to the balcony . Great breakfast choices and plenty of parking space. Indoors pool and jacuzzi area was amazing

Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub area were nice. There were a table and two chairs on each balcony. Painters were actively working on projects. It was a good place to stay.
