One of the staff members, Sarah, was so very helpful and friendly. We had the only handicap room available and when the heater wasn’t working properly she put us in another room for the night so that we would be warm. She wouldn’t hear of us staying in a cold room. She was such a blessing.

Not clean enough for me. From the minute we walked into lobby I was concerned. Dirt on floor. Dirty glass on doors. Sloopy food on table. Then the room. Had to scrub down refrig door handle before touching it. Sofa gave me the crepts. Looked dirty, spots on it. Surely needed the sweeper ran on it. Tub was damaged & repaired terribly. Dust on the desk. The toilet paper holder was dusty, splattered with something?? Yuk! And then we try to look out the crusty windows. I don't think they have been cleaned since the place was built.

This property is very old and outdated. The furnishings look dirty and the rooms were unkempt. There is an old musty smell throughout combined with the order of natural gas. According to the staff the gas odor was propane and is normal - this explanation was unacceptable. We will never stay at this property again. IHG this was very disappointing experience.

Hotel needs some fixing up. Customer service was good. Welcoming and pleasant. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious but the room need attended to. Sink, the cupboards were burnt. Carpet was badly spotted. I’m sure all room weren’t like that. A good value for thee money.
