"We stayed here for 6 nights for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels and blankets, hot water for the shower and for washing dishes. The tap water had a very metallic taste to it so we bought a few gallons of water for drinking, which worked out fine. We loved the built-in speakers, but they were old and blown out and the sound quality left a lot to be desired (we still used them every day, it was actually a very memorable and funny part of the trip.) The cottage is two minutes down the road from the Pemaquid Point lighthouse and the Seagull gift shop and cafe, and the road is very bikeable. Located about 10 minutes away from the local grocery store and bank, and plenty of great little things to do in the area. Host was communicative and friendly and had left a list of suggestions of places to visit in the area, which we definitely utilized! All in all, a great stay that we'll remember and cherish for years to come."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in New Harbor. The quiet and solitude of that area was great, and early morning runs to Pemaquid Beach and down to the lighthouse - wonderful! Also close enough to Damariscotta and other towns was perfect. Thank you! The house itself- quiet, very clean, with everything we wanted."

"We enjoyed ourselves so much in May we came back for a second stay this year! Wonderful property! Great location on the bay. Close to the lighthouse, restaurants, and market…but quiet and private. Has all the amenities and extras one could need. Owner/host easy to communicate with. The high point of our stay were the three eagles that fished out front almost daily. It was thrilling to see them so close. We will certainly be back!!"

"The house can easily accommodate a large family. Very nice having all en-suite bedrooms. Views of new harbor are very nice. House is well stocked. Each bedroom has its own heat control which allowed everyone to sleep comfortably. Weather did not allow us to sit on the deck but it looked very appealing with its gorgeous views."
