I'm usually pretty lax about hotels, for example: smells like cigarettes/weed (not ideal, but no problem), outdated (no problem). This property wasn't clean!! Room had ants and cockroachs. This is my red line. I can deal with a lot, but not clean is a red line. Do not stay here!!

When entering I noticed that our room had very dim lights and we usually like to scoop out the room for anything we don’t like. When checking underneath and behind the bed we saw lots of dead bed bugs and cockroaches. We had to immediately leave as personally we don’t like to sleep nor leave our items to get infested with it.

I ordered food through Ubereats. The staff was present when another guest received two orders from two different cars and believed both orders were hers. I asked the staff because my food was delivered and the guest stole it and walked fast to avoid detection, to go to her room and see that one of the orders said my name. They did nothing, they owe me $44.

When I got to the property, there was police presence due to another guest. This presence only increased as my first night went on, and I’m fairly certain I heard a gunshot at some point. The room had bugs in the kitchenette area, and I don’t know if the stovetop was supposed to be functional, but it was destroyed. I’m also fairly certain I requested a non-smoking room, but someone had clearly been smoking in there due to the smell and the cigarette pack on the balcony (I don’t know if there were any in it, I didn’t touch it). I should’ve known the price was too good to be true.

There was a cockroach in the bathtub when we checked in. The room had not cleaned properly and smelled. The furniture was shabby. The TV did not work. The AC was not working properly, and the on/off button on the AC did not work at all, so I had to unplug it to stop it. The toilet would get clogged constantly. Towels had someone's hair on them. There was no shampoo or conditioner, just some cheap soap.
