"Our room overlooked a beautiful beach. The pools were clean and enjoyable. However, the Tiki Bar looked run down and the 2 complimentary drink tickets we received were accepted as cash and did not cover the full cost of the “complimentary “ drinks. There was also not a restaurant at the property so the “complimentary” breakfast was just coffee and donuts. The hotel room appeared clean overall but our feet said otherwise. The floor in our room did not appeared to have been mopped in a while. "

"So it's kind of funny but the first thing I'm always going to say about this place is smells so yummy. But it was very clean and everybody was very nice. Also the good thing was it wasn't loud"

"Great stay! Hotel needs some deep painting and cleaned in the bridge (walk over), stairs of parking lot, the elevator and elevator door entrance way of parking lot. A couple upgrades needed in the hotel gym, spa, elevator, and lounge/game area. Breakfast and amenities were good. Staff was very nice. Pool & sauna and surrounding area was wonderful. "

"The staff was extremely helpful but the hotel rooms are a bit rundown and in need of a renovation. Our original room was damp and the area where the carpet met the tile was torn and some of the flooring tacks were sticking out. We stayed one of our two nights in that room. The second day we asked if they had another room for us being the room was so damp. It took several attempts as several of the other rooms were also damp. We did find one on the third attempt but in that room the toilet wouldn’t flush originally (we needed maintenance to fix it) and something was wrong with the pipes because the shower water only went from cold to super hot. We made due. The staff felt bad about the room switching and did offer us complimentary breakfast. The location is close to UCF. It was clean but I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless they updated and renovated the rooms. "

"We were in the area due to another funeral ceremony. Our rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and spacious. We had the King bed with sofa, and my in-laws had the two queen beds with sofa, that they really loved. The staff, especially Housekeeping, was very courteous to us, always speaking. The lady at breakfast made sure there was enough food for everyone. The desk crew was alright, but very busy and helpful."
