Stayed here for Biketoberfest. It was quiet, near food and shopping and had a kitchen. The ocean view from the balcony was very nice. They even tapped off parking for motorcycles. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will stay there again.

All the staff were EXTREMELY nice, accommodating and helpful; VERY pleasant to engage with. Small kitchenette in room was GREAT to have; so nice to have a full size fridge (tho we didn't need), cabinets, full stove/oven and balcony.

First room ruined our luggage because there was a humidity issue, along with black mold growing in the bathroom. Not to mention the overwhelming smell of marijuana on the 8th floor to which they said they don’t have control over it, although they guarantee a 100% smoke free property. Got moved to a different floor and room just to experience the same marijuana smell, no safety lock in the door, a terrible odor in the room, and still a humidity issue that further damaged our luggage. Addressed the front desk about a refund for the two nights we did end up having to stay, and they were rude and hung up on us. Always came here before Covid, but this place has gone down the drain since… Jabar and his general manager are completely and utterly unprofessional. Will never be back for the lack of cleanliness and the lack of respect shown.
