I stepped out to the pool area to enjoy the ocean sounds and relax on the start of my vacation only to hear grinding and pounding coming from a construction worker on one of the balconies. I spoke with the front desk and told them how disappointed I was as this was my vacation to relax and I wasn't informed that they were under construction. I later received a phone call from I assume management and they asked why I didn't request for them to stop the construction if it bothered me. I informed them I tried to deal with it but it was just nonstop and I didn't know it was an option that I can opt out of the construction! I think it's common sense that anybody that plans a vacation and goes to the pool doesn't want to hear grinding and pounding. I was told I would be compensated but I have not been contacted regarding any refund.

The rooms where magnificent, but the view and conditions of the hotel and recreational areas where very poor condition and not maintain. Staff was friendly, the gym door lock didn't work for the 5 days i stay , the pool and jakuzi were not in the best shape and the stairs hoing to the beach definitely not safe.!

The staff was courteous. The room was clean, but there was an awful smell coming from the carpet. We did discuss it with the front desk, but there wasn’t anything they could do and the smell was so bad we had to put the sheets over our face at night.

Our room was clean and housekeeping came by daily to check on our needs.All the staff are friendly and helpful !! Our Burgers from H2O were very good! Outdoor Pool area is nice and clean and servers are great! But if you’re looking for a Tiki Bar vibe by the water, this isn’t it. Parking is tight no doubt but I would recommend this property if you’re looking to chill. The location is convenient too!
