This hotel was great for our family! We booked an ocean view room and it was excellent. The view was beautiful and it was quiet, despite being right above the parking lot and pool. The pool was nice and it was right on the beach which was fantastic. There’s a kiddie pool that our toddler loved. The only complaint we had was the breakfast was really not great. The food was Denny’s quality and small portions. When we booked, we paid the extra fee to have breakfast vouchers included each day. What the booking site didn’t tell us was that the voucher was only good for one breakfast menu item (the Basic Breakfast: egg, potatoes, toast, & fruit) which, after 7 days, was the last thing we wanted to eat. We thought the voucher was good for any item of our choice. Kids do eat free though, so that was nice.

1negative apple didn't spoil the whole bunch

Hotel is in the perfect location. Right on the beach. The patio/pool area is nice. Had live music nightly. And also has a separate kiddie pool which is nice! Food was good, especially the Carmel cheesecake. The rooms need some love, updating would be good. Especially the carpets. And have some modern charging areas. Some of the furniture has seen better days. The parking is tight trying to get to the upper level, but plenty to spare. But it's all about the view - ocean front was amazing! Everyone was nice and friendly except for the evening/night front desk representative, her name started with an N. She had no smile, looked annoyed at being there and having to talk to anyone. Was rude in any of her responses and when I asked about the additional charge she was rude in explaining it to me and told me to "check your phone receipt since you booked thru a 3rd party" - shouldn't matter how I booked, be glad I booked there, period. I asked again when I checked out since it was a different person and he was awesome! Explained things no problem, without question and offered a receipt as well. The Asst Mgr. Donald is awesome too! Tried to upload pics but it wouldn't let me.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were all very helpful and courteous. We needed a couple repairs in the room and we frequently had to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper and our room was kind of down a dark hallway and it gave a dungeon feeling , but the room was nice. we would stay again and recommend it to others , just request a higher room so you dont get the one in the dungeon .

Tv did not work, Phone did not work, restaurant had dirty tables and bird poop everywhere….non smoking property but on first floor and balcony you could have got a contact high and in my best friends interest she could have tested positive and lost her job..the beds were hard and when I sat down a spring came through..so ALL around UNACCEPTABLE!

nice older property. staff was nice. clean. the sliding door to our outdoor balcony was a cat 4 (hurricane proof) door. very heavy and very difficult to slide open. the maintenance man came and cleaned the bottom tract and sprayed WD40. that helped a little- but door was very difficult to open/close. the handle for the shower was loose- but did work ok. place just needs some TLC.
