Here’s the message I sent to the property and didn’t hear back : Hi, I had that booking with you and that had to change my room twice cause the first one was infested with cockroaches and the second one was also full of cockroaches and smelled like someone has been smoking cigarettes in the ro for weeks. They ended up changing my room for one on the 3 floor which they said was one of the nicest one and ended spending 3 days living and sleeping with dozens of of cockroaches again. I ended up checking out early on Wednesday instead of Friday cause I couldn’t stand it The reception clerk said she would message the manager to try and get mea refund for the last 2 days. I haven’t heard back Please advise

This place was a horrible nightmare with no hot water holes on the doors kaka Roche ever where.. load as people running back and forth at all time of the night.. you can't even relax for 20 minutes.. i will absolutely never stay there again.. i will not recommend this please at all.. 0 star 🌟 for alot of money too

When we checked in at 4 pm the receptionist gave is our key but did not tell us the room was not ready. We had to wait for the cleaning to be completed. Although the light came on in the refrigerator it did not work, our food was warm in the morning. We were asked for a credit card for $100 incidental hold but this charge was processed through my account. When I tried to reach the hotel there is no answer at the front desk.

Rooms where not cleaned, bed was used, floor sticky, bath towels grey instead of white. We immediately check out, we did not stay there. Money has been deducted from our credit card. We opened a case with Expedia a week ago, but still no satisfactory compensation, resp. return of money.

I’ve been staying here for an annual workshop for years and this place has gone down hill. The phone didn’t work, there was no TP, I found roaches, plus one time, I was assigned a room that was already booked during my stay.

One step above sleeping in your car. My wife turned down the bed to find a live bug in it. When she pulled the sheet back, the mattress was stained and had cigarette burns in it. Supposedly a non-smoking room. We requested a different room which was only marginally better than the first one. Staff was pleasant, but nonchalant about the issues.
