The room was extremely close to the highway — the first room they gave me felt like it was built right in the middle of traffic. When I asked the front desk to switch rooms, they seemed a bit reluctant. The new room they assigned had a toilet that kept running. I was too exhausted to switch rooms again, so I asked for maintenance, and they fixed it. The bed comfort was decent, and the check-in and check-out processes were relatively smooth.

Hotel was very clean, rooms and beds were comfortable, and restaurant and bar staff were outstanding. I was disappointed that the club lounge was closed for the entirety of our stay, and when we did visit before it closed on the morning of our first stay, we couldn't stay long becuase the heat was turned up so high. The bathrooms in the lobby are lacking maintenance.

The room was very clean and its the first time I stayed at a hotel that didnt bother my allergies. The staff was excellect as well, they made checking in and out easy and they answered any questions I had.
