Enjoy our loft by the sea in beautiful Ormond by the Sea. Large 2nd story across the street from the beach with a public walkway. All brand new appliances, kitchen , and bathroom. Includes a washer and dryer. Do not be deterred by the one bathroom. We have made it so every room has a "make up station". I have traveled plenty of times with multiple people and know the importance of having plenty of room to get ready! After a day on the beach you can relax on the upper deck with your favorite cocktail while enjoying the Ocean views. In the morning you will capture some extremely beautiful sunrises and as the day winds down you will be in awe of the incredible sunsets! You are steps from shopping and restaurants. Lenny's New York Pizza is a must! Publix supermarket and plaza right there. A short 6 mile drive south gets you to world famous Daytona beach and Main Street. An 8 mile drive north will get you to Flagler Beach. St. Augustine is just north of there.



This 2 bedroom 1200 sq. ft. loft has a king and a rollaway cot in the master and a queen and futon in the other. There is a pull out sofa in living room. The pullout couch, futon and rollaway cot have memory foam to make it very comfortable! No one wants a cot to sleep on, but I've made it so comfortable they'll be fighting over it! Lots of parking for trailer, boats, motorcycles, motorhomes, big rigs...
You will enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the large deck while watching the sunset on the sea.
I have little extras in our Loft to make you feel more at home. Our mission is to make a space for our guests that is cozy and welcoming with the little special touches. We created a space that is inviting and a place we would want to stay on a vacation.
We now have exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of the Loft. The hallway, parking lot out back and back lot. It does not monitor the private deck to ensure you have your privacy. The Loft is equipped with fast Spectrum Wi-Fi. Internet speed 300mbps.

Please know that we do get you started with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry soap and trash bags. We do not supply more than you need to get started. You may need more of these items so please plan accordingly. Thank you.
