This place was awesome. Great view of the beach from the couch, bedroom, and wide balcony. Easy beach access write down the steps, a 1-minute walk from dunkin' donuts. Publix is right across the street. Comfy well equipped. Love that there are no cars on the beach in this section of Ormond! Peaceful, quiet and the King bed in the master suite has a remote to elevate the head which was nice for watching TV. We had a great stay and will definitely plan to come back to this unit the next time we're in Ormond by the sea!
Caught sunrise on the beach both days and a 3-minute drive over to the river side for sunsets.

Overall this place is wonderful! The views of the beach are incredible with easy access directly to the beach. We didn’t use the heated pool, but it was very well kept. The place was very accommodating to our dog. Walking distance to several locations, including a local coffee shop. The beds were large and comfortable. I really enjoyed the colorful beach decor. The place was clean and check-in instructions were provided within plenty of time before arrival; which was a seamless process. I would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation is to have a few more kitchen items, like mixing bowls and measuring cups as we cook several meals ourself while traveling. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Wonderful two bedroom, two bath condo.
