Got stranded at the airport and needed a room quick. The positive is that I was able to book a room and they had a complimentary shuttle service. But, this property is really run down and is in need of a major refresh. Hallways are bangd up, carpet is dirty, etc. Rooms are meh at best. If I had to do it again, this would not be the property that I would select.

What a great swimming pool area. Staff was helpful, informative and alert. The people in the next room were mega-noisy all night long. The airport shuttle was easy and on-time.

The gentlemen at at the front desk were great clean room loved leaving me car there and taking the shuttle to the airport. Less stress on finding a parking spot at the airport, etc. I am sure the return will just as pleasant

They were amazing. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Thankful they even had a room because of the winter storm FERN all of our connecting flights were canceled but shuttle driver was very friendly and great.

We asked our room be serviced repeatedly with a no show all day. I got stuck in the elevator . Jasmine was wonderful !!! Air contioner / heater was tempermental. Maintenance and cleaning staff did not speak a word of english?? Building was VERY dated and not kept up. No towels at pool. Bed was comfortable ( only plus ) Richard the shuttle plus driver was not reliable and made multiple excuse after telling many ppl waiting very confusing solutions on getting us to the hotel. ( 15/20 minutes turned to an hour and a half wait and he became very rude and defensive with clients waiting ) will not be returning.

The pool was fabulously warm compared to other pools experienced in FL and on our cruise. Room was super nice! We slep great and had to leave super early. We didnt get to have breakfast as the hrs are limited for an airport hotel but the shuttle was on time and convenient.

We booked a handicapped accessible room and indicated in a note that my wife was disabled and wheelchair bound. When we arrived, they had no handicapped rooms. We would not have booked there had we known that they would not provide the room we requested. Hotel had nice entry way but hallways were very tired looking.

Sorry to say that ether there was someone smoking in a room. set the fire alarm off. at 230 in the morning.,everyone had to get out of the rooms and waited at lease 1.5 hours

Friendly staff and ok lobby, comfy bed, parking was easy but that’s it. The room was dingy, hallways semi under construction/ being spot painted. And room was very damp. Someone was at the front desk complaining and a damp room was one of them so I didn’t bother asking for a new one and our family of 4 re locating to a possibly other damp room.
