"Clean rooms and quiet floor!!!!!"

"The staff was wonderful. However, the hotel needs an update. The wallpaper was peeling, the faucet handle was broken, and the tub drained very slowly. On my second day, I asked if someone could repair the faucet and clear the clog in the drain. They did clear the clog, but the faucet was still broken. This is a great location and has very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel just really needs a remodel. "

"The pool didn’t have hot water but the kids still swam. There was super moldy pizzas and an old milkshake on one of the tables. They had a small game area but the air hockey table barely worked. What hot tub? Our room was clean BUT we found a gun case in the drawer there was no gun in it but there were 2 fully loaded gun clips. My 2 year old niece found it. Online it also stated that they offered roll away beds for free but had none on the property. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was good. All in All it’s nothing like it appears online. "

"Pictures do not do it justice!! From The beautiful tall ceilings, decor, breath taking view of the lake and more! They have the kitchen stocked with so much for convenience of cooking in the house. The game room for our group was a hit but the movie theater chairs in the basement were even better with massaging, heat, and reclining!!! It has Amazing sound system through out the home. The beds were so comfy and cozy!!! Everything for accommodating guests, has been thought out and made our stay so great! Host was great to work with and easy to communicate with when needed. Will be back!!! "
