No hot tub for cooler weather and pool was freezing. Parking cost extra which is ridiculous for one night stay at a high cost should be included of state them apon confirming. Room was clean and decent which was great.

The first room they put my daughter and I in had feces on the bed , large stains on the floor and stains and dirt all over the chair, there was also rotten fruit on the floor beside the bed, the wall paper was peeling and the walls were full of dust . When I called front desk and informed the manager of this all he said was " unexeptable and he will send someone up with keys for a new room. The desk girl that came up did apologize however although the next room was cleaner the walls there also had dust all over them and I had a coffee maker that didn't work. The manager apparently sent me a message that I didn't receive and when I checked out he gave me a 50% discount on the room for the first night only which was the cheaper of two nights. There was no microwave and they don't even offer coffee in the lobby only the stuff they give you in your room. I booked this room for my daughte and I to have a long over due mother daughter weekend for her 13th Birthday and sadly we were very disappointed and over charged !! I am
