Check in was a breeze. We got to the hotel by 4:30 but the first room that was given to us was not clean. Was disappointed since it was a long day for me coming from work. However, the staff at the frontdesk upgraded our room for the inconvinience that we had experience.

Terrible Experience

Old, rotten carpets! Smelly rooms! We actually had to change our room as the room given to us smelled like dead rats; hence, we asked for another room! The restaurant is not vegetarian-friendly, and the old lifts have broken buttons and gadgets! The pools were old, and the jacuzzi barely worked! They had slippery tiles, which made the floor very slippery. My 4-year-old child slipped on it and injured her lips, which ruined everything and our holidays! Please stay away from this hotel! It is worse than a hostel!
