Options for a piece of fresh fruit were available, green tea, porridge, a variety of breads, juice and proteins were well stocked, overall lots to choose from. The room was well appointed and comfortable.

Chair in room was uncomfortable and near the end of its functional life. Bed was soft. Toilet seat was not attached properly. Alarm clock in room went off at 6AM because cleaning staff had not shut it off from previous guest. Breakfast was ample but of pretty poor quality: oatmeal was like wallpaper paste; "fried" eggs looked like something from a joke shop; sausages were "brown and serve" frozen ones; home fries were like little rocks; plastic cutlery was so flimsy that it was essentially useless; ran out of cream for coffee; fairly minimal seating for a pretty large venue with busloads of guests $20 parking charge. $40 for dogs

The room was clean albeit small. They allowed animals in the enclosed eating area. The breakfast had no variety. I did mention it to the manager because he asked me and I was told or made to understand that because it wasn't busy it wasn't worth the cost of providing a variety on differing days. For eg sausage one day and bacon the next or scrambled eggs one day and fried the next. It was sausages and "fried eggs" everyday and the eggs tasted like it was steamed in water. it was not pleasant. The pancakes were good however.

Breakfast is just fine. I woke up in my sleep because of the noise from the vent, I thought it was garbage truck noise collecting the garbage and found out it was some noise from vent. I really disturbed my sleep. While taking shower conditioner run out and my husband had to ask for refill. Such inconvenience. Room was clean but it was not spacious enough, no room to put bags, clothes etc. Regret booking here. There are other hotels same price but everything is better, wish I just booked with the previous hotels we had.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Breakfast was just horrible. Not as pictured. Cold, tasteless and overly crowded. Staff needed to use the elevators so they cut you in line just poor location of breakfast facility which creates a bottleneck from 7-11am roughly. Beds were so hard. Had to spend $80 on a pillow topper for my son to have a few good nights sleep. Other hotel guests had their kids jumping in pool and throwing a football. There’s a camera and no one ever came to stop it.

They have bed bugs, dont stay there. Worst stay ever, 1st night, people in the connecting room curse all night, I got no sleep, they did accommodate by not booking anyone in the connecting room for the 2nd night. By the time I left the hotel I was so itching. Turn out it was bed bugs bits. So mad, im so itching and still in pain. I would not recommend staying at Comfort Hotel. I was there Oct. 15-17, 2025.

Nothing too fancy of a hotel but the BREAKFAST is FIRST CLASS!!!! Also they have multiple staff members constantly cleaning around the buffet and replenishing trays. Never seen the Bfast operations so well organised. Oksana was awesome. Also considering how expensive parking is around town, this hotel's parking is convenient and way cheaper than others.
