Because the Inn is relatively small and has some timeshare owners that own Saturday to Saturday and your reservation crosses that time, although rare, you may need to switch rooms. The staff will assist in the move if that occurs. I wanted to mention this just in case it happens. In the last 100 reservations, it happened 3 times.

Exactly What Was Promised

Newport is as advertised and more! This property fulfills the same promise. Host was easy to communicate with. Property is right on water, in the middle of all the action. Walking distance to almost everything. Would definitely go back!

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay! Andy was a great communicator and had plenty of suggestions on restaurants/activities. The unit is in an excellent location in walking distance to everything and the top deck had amazing harbor views. We would definitely stay again!
