We had a great 4 day stay at the hotel. We didn't need much and loved the location. Check in was simple, although I wished they communicated with us where the ice machine and vending machines were. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked questions. The location was the highlight of the stay

The place was nice and clean but when we tried to shower it was steaming hot no matter what way we turned the knob and then we couldn't get it to turn off. Yes they gave us a new room but it was a hassle to get settled in just to move later at night after we got back from our excursion. Over all it was clean and they did accommodate and the check in was no problem. The people there were very nice.

While initial impressions weren't anything special (the lobby is fairly small, and the elevators are old), our room suited our needs very well! We had enough space to move around in (I've stayed in much smaller rooms), and the room was clean. The location of the hotel was also ideal...a block and a half from the Fulton stop and many places were within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

It was great. Very convenient location. Close to restaurants, museums, and so much within very close walking distance. And also minutes to walk to the subway station that takes you anywhere you want to go. Felt safe. Place was clean. Comfortable bed. Great value.

Fabulous location at a reasonable price. I stayed multiple days and all of my needs were met. The cleaning crew worked with me to find a time that worked for both of us. The front desk messaged me and followed up to see how everything was, and there was always someone at the desk ready to help. I loved being able to step out the front door to such an active area with things to see in all directions.

Hotel needs to be updated. Floor hallways was untidy with trash everywhere. Staff on the phone midday was rude and very dismissive. Late afternoon staff when checking in was more approachable and very professionally kind. So guess I’m 50/50 about this place.

The thermostat in the room I was placed in was broken. It is January in NY so the room was freezing. I was moved to another room, but the room was considerably smaller than my initial room. I spoke to the host about this and they told me they couldn’t help because they’re only responsible for billing. The front desk was dismissive.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I was charged an extra 60 on top of my prepaid reservation when I walked in the door due to extra "fees" that were not covered throguh the VRBO reservation. VRBO says all fees are included but that is not true. They charge an extra 20 per night when you arrive. In addition to the extra charge, the rooms were not clean (cobwebs and dust everywhere) and the service was bad. The internet and tv stopped working for over a day and they did nothing to fix it. There was no communication with the guests about the problem, and no one answered the phones at the front desk. This hotel is not a customer friendly business at all.
