The hotel would be ok if it wasn't for the fact that there was a homeless man sleeping in front of the hotel and you could tell he had been there for awhile. The hotel is located in a very bad section of the bronx and because of that it attracts a lot of bad elements. The hotel offered 2.towels for 3 adults and they were hard as rocks. I will never stay there again and i dont advise anyone to stay there unless you are desperate. Expedia, you should remove this hotel off your list.

HORRIBLE THE SURROUNDING AREA OUTSIDE RIGHT AT THE ENTRY WAY WAS HOMELESS PEOPLE PEEING RIGHT AT THE DOOR! Felt so unsafe I checked in and left and NEVER WENT BACK! 2 days paid for for DUMP! No chairs in the room to sit nothing to lay your luggage. The most GHETTO place I've EVER BOOKED AT

Upon arrival the hotel looked nice and the receptionist was pleasant. When I got to my room, everything seemed clean until I pulled back the blanket. The Sheets were stain with a hole in it, good thing I had my own sheets . The thermostat wasn’t working. I’m just glad my stay was short.

When I arrived, the first room that I was given was not cleaned and the beds were visibly dirty. There was garbage in the elevators and when another guest alerted a staff member, they said they were not going to clean it. We decided to not stay the night at this hotel and checked out about an hour later (I had never done this before). I submitted a request to cancel the rest of the reservation and be reimbursed for the remaining nights on my stay, but this request was denied. The two men working at the front desk were helpful and considerate, but I would recommend against staying at this property if you have a choice.
