The hotel itself was very good. The rooms were comfortable (great beds) and clean. The bathrooms were nice but it was impossible to keep all the water in the shower due to the layout. Continental breakfast wasn't anything spectacular but wasn't bad. The layout made it hard to access when with the amount of people in the area. Had an ongoing issue with noise/smoking coming from the room next door. Staff was responsive to our complaints but never did much more than "cut it out".

The hotel was great—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Zue at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived until check-out, she was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help in any way she could. Her customer service truly stood out. We did have a minor incident with a supervisor named Abdul, whose approach was disappointing and not very customer-service oriented. However, Zue and Carlos handled the situation professionally and apologized multiple times, which helped resolve the issue. The rooms were spacious and clean, and noise from outside was minimal. The subway is just steps away, making it very convenient. While the surrounding area can feel a bit sketchy, we never experienced any issues. Overall, it was a great hotel for our quick trip, and we would stay again.

Normally I stay in a different hotel when I travel to NYC but this was by far the best experience. The Staff was amazing and it was quite and clean. A big plus was the parking on the property. Spaces were limited but I got one and it was safe and secured. I love this hotel
