Great hotel, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast in the mornings. Only thing I would note is that this place is ahead of the curve in the neighborhood’s renewal so we had to take uber everywhere and not walk around after dark very late (per the recommendation of a couple uber drivers too). Wasn’t a problem for our group but could be a hassle for others.

I went there with my partner and the environment is very nice and clean. A little challenge we faced was that, the receptionist is a new person and doesn’t know much about the job. So, it took the new staff almost 35mins to approved the online reservation we’ve made. I think that’s the only challenge we had. Everything else was great.

I spent a night at Glo Best Western Hotel in the Bronx, New York City. It’s an excellent place to stay with your family. It’s in a good shopping center on the Southern Blvd. The 2 &5 Train station is just around the corner. They have parkin’ nice staff, clean and spacious room for breakfast. They only need to adjust their bath though clean. I recommend this hotel to every traveler who needs a place to spend a day or days in the Bronx. I enjoyed the place.

This hotel was terrible. The staff was inattentive, never at the desk, and was not helpful. Expedia staff and myself attempted to contact the hotel prior to my arrival and got no response. The air conditioning was not working properly and despite informing someone I was never accommodated. I would never stay here again!
