Staff is fantastic. The bathroom ventilation was lacking. The window seal was nonexistent. On the 11th floor we could hear people talking as they walked by. Rm 1109.

The only complaints that I have is that we selected 2 queen beds off of Expedia. Maribela at the front desk explain that they couldn’t switch our rooms because they were booked. She was able to get us a cot and extra bedding with no problem. Maribela and the staff was excellent during our stay at the Westin

The hotel was vibrant and welcoming with lovely furnishings in the lobby that made you feel right at home as soon as you walked in. The location was also central to anything and everything. Great gym, loved how quickly the elevators ALWAYS came and the overall cleanliness of the property. Traveled with my husband and children and we were all happy.

It was a great spot. Close to the subway which is incredible. Place was clean however we had two beds and both had sheets with small tears - not a big deal however kind of gross, they should replace their sheets. Great housekeeping. They stop serving food early though for nyc a minor inconvenience.

We arrived at the hotel at 4:15, and our room was not ready. The front desk agent asked if we needed the two queen beds (as opposed to two double beds) we reserved, and I said yes we needed queen size beds. She apologized and said there was not a room with the queen beds cleaned yet. We could either have a double beds room or she could text me when our room was ready, and offered us a generous credit we could use on the hotel property. We were fine with that (since we needed the bigger beds). We checked our bags with the bell hop, and walked around Times Square for a little while. The room was ready within an hour, so we went up to the room and it was a big room (by NYC standards), clean, smelled great, and was comfortable. The cleaning staff did a great job every day. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Great location (2 minute walk to Port Authority, which was the drop off location for our Uber Shuttle from JFK), felt safe around the hotel, easy access to the subway. Would stay at Westin Times Square again, no hesitation.
