the staff was amazing. very kind and polite. the elevators to get to our floor wasn’t working so they gave us complimentary breakfast for the morning which was amazing. will definitely be booking here again next time we visit nyc!

I was injured at the hotel. I was assured that some form of reparation would be made after I checked out. I was not contacted by the hotel. When I did finally manage to contact them I was offered further empty promises. I believe you can measure the worth of any establishment by how they respond to problems- or avoid them.

We love the location of the hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions on local restaurants, shopping and transportation. Rooms are clean, extra towels -no problem! The penthouse restaurant is the perfect way to start or end your day in the Big Apple.
