The staff was wonderful—especially Ralph, who was incredibly helpful and such a pleasure to interact with. The only downside was the location being right next to a police precinct, which made the lower floors a bit noisy at times. Aside from that, the room was spacious and comfortable, and I really appreciated having a microwave (hard to come by these days!). This was my second stay at The Kimberly, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again.

The Kimberly is an Oasis.

The Kimberly is a home away from home. It is perfect. Every aspect of the stay was exemplary, from the spacious room to every staff member with whom we interacted: Standouts include MD, Max, and every doorman. They were fun, helpful and polite. Exquisite hotel. Grounded and exceptional staff. Lucious boutique hotel in a safe and upscale neighborhood. We will come stay here on each visit. Guaranteed.

Although food options were not extensive, what the offered was very good. Staff and service was a cut above. Requests were handled quickly and staff was always courteous even if only in passing. Also staff was extremely helpful in arranging top notched transportation back to the airport saving us time and money. Highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our time at the Kimberly, it was beyond our expectations in every way. This is no chain hotel, but a place where you genuinely feel welcome and a part of something special. The suite was amazing, at a fantastic price, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. A particular shout out to Ralph who greeted us on arrival and made us feel we were on our tenth visit, not our first. To say I recommend the Kimberly is an understatement - I urge you to stay here if you want to stay in Midtown.

Wonderful overnight stay before a cruise! I LOVED this hotel and will definitely be back the next time I travel to the city. This hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered. The rooms are wonderful and I love the old time feel of everything. Just a FABULOUS stay.

Loved that we had 2 bathrooms! Hotel and room was very clean. One block away from subway, easy to catch a taxi or uber out front. Plenty of dining options nearby. Very central to what we wanted. It’s not on the super modern side, but very well taken care of and bathrooms do seem remodeled. Only wish thy had put in a fan in restroom! Will stay here again, maybe next June.
