We love the location of the hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful with suggestions on local restaurants, shopping and transportation. Rooms are clean, extra towels -no problem! The penthouse restaurant is the perfect way to start or end your day in the Big Apple.

The Kimberly is a beautiful, well run, and clean boutique size hotel in a lovely, quiet location in Manhattan. I must compliment the entire staff I interacted with. Not just polite and competent, but genuinely friendly. That was also true of the other guests I spoke to in elevators, restaurants and lobby-just an unusual experience for NYC. I received an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite and was shocked at how large it was. The bathroom had heated floors, lots of extra personal items provided, quality soaps, shampoos, and lotions. There was plenty of closet space and hangers. A super comfortable bed with a lovely comforter. I had brunch at the restaurant on the main floor-Bistango. Great food and service. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee and pastries at the rooftop restaurant which was a lovely place to hang out and had amazing views. I really can’t give The Kimberly enough compliments. Well done!!!
