LOved our beautiful 2 room apt. Lovely old decor in great condition. Check in was a nightmare. We arrived at 2 and they said to come back at 3. Killed an hour and returned at 3 to a long line that didn't move. They had a new computer system and they didn't know what they were doing. Took until 4:15 to get in our room. We missed our afternoon entry into museum. Things happen, but show some resepect....give us a breakfast or a glass of wine to compensate. Do something to show the customer that you care. The staff was trying but they had no support. A manager should have been present.

I stay here every time I’m in NY. If the prices weren’t so high, I’d have stayed there my entire duration of almost two weeks. I stayed there 2 years ago as well, I noticed one of the same workers there, so it provides me comfort knowing the hotel keeps their employees. This hotel is by far better than so many. When I come back next year, will choose this hotel first. It’s true NY service, extreme professionalism, with the best customer service. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

The Kimberly was excellent. The staff was attentive, the bed very comfortable, the rooms were beautiful and spacious. The rooftop bar was very cool and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast at a popular luncheonette right next door too. The street noise can get loud, but ear plugs did the trick. Would highly recommend!

This was a comfortable stay with an attentive bell man. I would not consider this a luxury hotel though. It served its purpose, the only issue was, I wanted to sleep in but I was disturbed by some type of maintenance or renovation work happening in the bedroom directly above mine.

I travel monthly and have stayed at many hotels. I love finding a more boutique experience and this was on the top of my experiences! The staff were amazing. We only got the coffee and muffins on Monday so can't speak to the breakfast. All of the staff was outstanding and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were quiet and the tub is amazing!

Booked a King room on Expedia with package flights. The room was big and clean. The staff was on point, professional and happy. My only issues were the view and a little noisy with rooms next door and there was a small conference room next to us that was a bit loud our last morning. The bedroom had two windows that had a large fake grass covering them. This was I guess to cover the fact that our room was on 3rd (3G) floor and over looked a secondary roof. I really wanted to get better views for the amount you spend for the room. We did not request to move to any other room, as were just used it for sleep and shower but wanted to be in that area of town. If I stay there again I would definitely request a higher room with real view.
