The hotel was rough around the edges. There were gnats in the bathroom and there was rust and missing paint around the AC unit about 6" all around. Dings and scratches all over the furniture. The towels smelled like gasoline. The bed was very comfortable though....it feels like a very classic midtown time square VERY USED hotel.

Condition of the hotel was very outdated and looked like hadnt had any work done since it opened, poor bathroom design, struggled to get in to the bathroom and shut the door as toilet in the way, more water came out of the shower than stayed in it

From the bugs in the rooms - roaches and moths, to the dysfunctional air conditioner to the rude cleaning staff to the disfunctioning elevators to the sagging bed that gave me a back ache… this hotel needs major improvements. Only good thing was location.

The property was actually horrible and I’ve tried to get a refund. I had no towels in my room. The elevators took 20min each time, I continually had to wait for one and usually ended up having to walk down 11 flights of stairs! My room was not clean the whole 4 nights I was there. My bed was not made, no clean sheets or trash dumped. It was honestly a horrible experience and I will never return. I emailed my concerns and complaints and a week later I am yet to hear any respond from the hotel.

This property was extremely disappointing. The room felt line a cell, the wall had been patched but not painted, the woodwork nicked up all over and the window shade had blck finger prints on it Just aweful. Oh and they have absolutely no water bottles for their guests!!! I have Never been to ahotel charging these prices so unķept and without water bottles. The man at front desk was nice. Also no one ever answers the phone.

It's walkable to everywhere in midtown. Just have some issues like ice vending machines aren't functioning, bath room gets.wet all over because there's no shower door that separates the toilet and the shower.

Staff was super friendly. Perfect location. Had to switch rooms because the one I was originally placed in looked like someone broke the lock/door breaking in. I couldn’t close the door. They did put me in a different room on the same floor when I requested. Again the staff was great, but I’d probably not do this hotel again.

tle: Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to future guests. Upon arrival, I noticed a strong smell of smoke in the room, despite the hotel claiming to be non-smoking. I reported this issue within 40 minutes of check-in, yet I was still charged a smoking fee. As a non-smoker, I found this extremely frustrating and unfair, and it took significant effort to have the charge removed. The rooms are outdated and do not match the images shown in the online listings. The furniture was worn, the overall cleanliness was lacking, and the elevator was unreliable and in poor condition. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and evasive when addressing my concerns. This experience did not meet basic hospitality standards. I would caution others to look elsewhere, as the hotel's presentation is misleading and the service was far from professional.
