The room was clean and had a nice style/decor. However the room I got was certainly small and unfortunately faced inside (into a shaft) so it was dark, not much by way of natural light! Staff were all courteous, pleasant. Be aware the free breakfast that comes with the rate is merely only Continental. One of the hotel pics features what looks like a buffet station but that is completely misleading! So, I expected eggs and other hot items but that is not at all the case.

Room was small but very clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Even though the room was small the layout was very efficient. Great neighborhood to stay in. Felt very safe going back to the room in the evening. Midtown is great but can be a noisy place to stay. Nonstop traffic, horns, and sirens. Not in the Financial District

We LOVED our stay at FIDI NYC! The front desk workers were all professional, nice and very helpful! The hotel rooms and all areas were very clean! The hotel provided a warm, elegant atmosphere (during happy hour) to meet and connect with other guests while enjoying cheese, crackers and wine; (or you could just enjoy that time with your family &/friends)! That area also have a nice balcony view too! Lastly, every staff member was awesome, and we felt safe and secure during our stay! We look forward in staying here again!
