The property was great. The staff was great. Definitely enjoyed my stay there. They definitely made me feel welcome and it was very homely. Gonna be staying here more and more every time I come home.

The hotel has everything you need but it’s nothing fancy. The staff are friendly and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It is in an awesome location if you like Chinese food and are going to citi field.

The train station near is very convenient, around there is a lot of restaurants options. The staff are good with everything you need and also they cleaned the room every day. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was broken the last few days but changed us to another room in 2 floor.

There was no WiFi, the sign for the hotel was on a paper on the window while the bigger sign on the hotel had a different name, the blankets were thin, and it looked like they were remodeling. However, the room was clean, the air conditioning was pretty good, the staff was nice, and there were a lot of shops nearby, although they were mostly for food.

The hotel was under construction. The room had no air conditioning, no closet. However, the worse part is the room bathroom looked over into the vestibule which they were remodeling. The windows blinds were missing like bad teeth! The workers on the scaffolding could look right into the bathroom!!! The mattress was hard as a rock and the TV was small and useless!!

My room was clean. The air conditioning was working the way it should. When it came to the TV channel l was trying to watch it but that channel wasn’t working properly, no big deal. I could watch it on my phone. It was my first time at this hotel, but my second time in this area and l like that the train station is close. which it’s the 7 train. Lots of shops near. Personally l just needed a place where to leave my bags( stuffs) and to lay my head down at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was ok for the price. Place was clean. I did not like that dead bolt on front door wasn’t the best. For peace of mind I propped chair under door handle. Water was hot for showers. The hotel is a shelter for migrants but I did not have any issues with them
