The hotel was very clean, check in was quick and easy. The hotel staff were very nice. The hotel is in China town and that was our first time visiting China town while in NY so it was a great experience. Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay so we went to a place near by.

Water backed up to the bathtub. It was a mess. After technician cleared the clog, housekeeper only put a cup of cleaning detergent into the bathtub and considered that is cleaned. Because of the above, I requested a late checkout. When I come back from my commitment at around 12:15pm, my room is already locked.
