we did not use the airport shuttle due to the schedule not working with our flight cancellation and last minute booking - we would not have made it in time to the airport if we had to wait on the shuttle's schedule. The breakfast food was decent and the staff was attentive, but the space was so limited. The WORST part of our stay was how unclean the hotel and rooms were. The lobby has several leaks in the ceiling with buckets of dirty water in the pathway from reception to the elevator. When we got to the room, the temperature was extremely cold (thermostat read 62 degrees F). The duvets had black spots all over them on both beds, and there were black hairs under the duvets on the sheets. we requested a room change and showed the front desk photos of the issues. were given a new room, but again the sheets had hairs on them. We ended up spreading our own clothes over the pillows and and bed so we could catch some sleep. The bathroom was also not clean. There was urine on the back of the toilet seat and cover which we cleaned just so we could use it. Additionally, there was a black rim in the sink that you could see in the mirror reflection and finally, there was a lot of black in the bathtub grout/caulk. The towels were dingy looking but smelled clean.

Bad Attitude for Client

Not cooperative team members to solve clients problem. For example for early check they are cooperative enough to facilate the check in, there is attitude problem. I don't know why such a problem for fully paid client. Anyways, don't worry about it. Because we don't book you any more it won't be issue. There are high end hotels who go beyond and above their duty to help.

Air conditioning was amazing. Great breakfast and snack selection. This location IS directly in the flight path of LGA, so keep in mind it is a noisy location. Facilities aren't perfect or brand new, but they are well worn. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The airport shuttle is a huge selling point.

The heater was nousy. The surrounding area scary. Food ordered for delivery ended up with a fraudulent charge attempt to credit card. Door hanger asking for NO cleaning in room ignored. Towels changed evidenced room entered. Bed not made. Nothing else straightened. We are glad we took valuables with us.

Bed was comfy. Breakfast wasnt bad. A lot better than most other hotels. Basic s. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, juice, coffee and cereal. Only stayed 1 night but did not notice much airport noise that night. Definitely would stay again next time I have to stay new LaGuardia. Remember to call to schedule to shuttle pick up if you are landing after 10am.

Check in was easy, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was convenient and efficient. Breakfast was decent, it had the usual hotel offerings. The hotel could use an update through out but was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Not much around in terms of shopping and eating within walking is distance but a perfect hotel for an overnight lay over. I would stay here again.
