We had a full on puddle in the room next to the bed, the blow dryer didn't work (it poured on us that day and we needed to dry our stuff and couldn't) and there was stuff on the phone. The shower was AMAZING.

If you aren’t from an area like the Bronx do not stay here. Stay across the George Washington bridge in New Jersey or in midtown. This hotel is not really for anyone who isn’t local. The atmosphere around the hotel is very sketchy and not safe.
