The hotel looks new, but its maintenance needs more efforts (a sofa leg is missing, body wash never gets replaced, even after mentioning to the front desk for more than twice). The breakfast selection is very limited.

The arm on the couch was broken. There was a cold draft in the living room from the window not being sealed properly. The thermostat/vent also doesn’t work properly in the living room. The room itself was spacious, the kitchen included a stove and refrigerator but not a microwave. The microwave is shared and located on the roof, very peculiar. Be prepared to pay for parking, down the block and walk with your luggage back to the hotel. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again but the staff was nice.

The front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Upon going to my room the curtains were broken so wouldn't block out light and the room was quite chilly. I tried to turn up the temp without luck so called the front desk. He had someone come and "adjust" it who said it would take 10 min to kick in... it never warmed up, He said he would come back to fix the curtains, never did. I called the front desk again and he offered to change me to a room with 2 single beds which was not what I wanted. The temperature was ok for sleep but uncomfortable to sit in during the day. My guess is they don't allow you to adjust the temperature in the room for cost savings. The bottom sheet did not go all the way down the bed so feet were on the mattress cover. It was an "ok" stay in a clean room. The breakfast was quite pathetic with bread/toast/cereal and coffee. No jam for the toast, but cream cheese for a bagel. No fruit or fresh produce.

Absolutely the best location. Right next to Skyview Mall and 5-7 minutes away from both LIRR and subway stations. Staff members were very nice and helpful. Accommodations were minimum but can’t complain with the price. 2 mini size water bottles were provided every day.

The Walls in the bedroom were dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very clean. The rooftop breakfast had a good variety. You can hear the planes over head from 5am to midnight. The mall is very close and convenient.
