Large slip bins directly outside the hotel overflowing with rubbish for the whole week were stayed… Room was not serviced 3 days out of the 7 we stayed… Requested a kettle for the room twice, when it was finally delivered it was broken and wouldn’t turn off once boiled…No coffee mugs or spoons! Bathroom was tiny, only enough room for one person at a time and only one roll of toilet paper to use, no spare in case you ran out… Buffet breakfast was very bland and disappointing, minimal choice and flavourless… Coffee and juice from machines - not fresh, all packaged… Staff not very welcoming, they don’t speak when they walk past you, and you have to approach all to start a conversation… Bed very uncomfortable and terrible pillows… Double glazed window, but hollow room door so you could hear people talking very clearly when the walked past… The aircon was very noisy, so much so it would wake you up through the night… Not a hotel I will stay at again…

Room 201 heating system was terrible! Did not work well. When we first arrived we called to have them look at heater. It was Ice cold in the room. They had to do a reset! It never really warmed up in our room for the Four nights we were there. We were given an additional comforter. Pretty sad when N.Y. Is having 20 degree weather.

Our room was so extremely small. I don’t like putting my luggage on top of my bed but I did not have a choice in this room. There is absolutely no place to open up our luggage… With that being said, there is no place to even store our luggage. We had to put one luggage behind the entryway door and it created a problem when we wanted to go in and out. In order to walk around the room, we would have to position ourself differently in order to fit through certain areas. When asked if we could switch rooms, we were told they had no available rooms.
