My room had a very odd smell and there was still hair from previous guests on the bed and sheets. Not necessarily how I wanted to sleep but it was relatively affordable. Only one microwave in the hotel. I enjoyed the area but it wouldn’t be good with young kids or families imo

Decent room, bed is not the must comfortable but it is what it is. The location is not the best but it’s the Bronx is understandable now the cleaning of the area, lobby and hallways is simple not very clean plus you have to pay additional fee upon arrival.

Decent

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice, however some of the sheets and towels had permanent stains even though they were clean. The walls are quite thin but luckily most of the guests were quiet. No bed bugs or roaches or anything like that.

I had a terrible experience at Royal Hotel Bronx. I checked in early on October 11, 2025, and later that night, I discovered that my belongings were stolen from my room while I was away. When I reported it to the night receptionist, he acted as if he didn’t know anything. I asked him go borrow me a phone charger Surprisingly, he gave me my own phone charger, after i comfort him and tell him that was my charger where did he found and where was my rest of my staff he claiming he “found it on the table.” The police were called next day Morming and receptionist confirmed to ghe POLICE that housekeeper Mistake throw on the trash. How can hou throw out New cloth which has a lebel witnout conta ting receptionist. Later receptionist told police that the hotel agreed to reimburse me once the manager arrived, but the manager never showed up. I had to leave without any help or apology. This hotel is unsafe and unprofessional — I would not recommend it to ANYONE

The hotel room was extremely noisy, and the customer service was terrible. We even found a cockroach in the room. During our two-day stay, they never replaced our towels — and honestly, the ones provided were already dirty. This was my first and definitely my last time staying at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
