Good breakfast and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and good location close to subway and 9/11 memoria. The only slight negative were the hotel lifts. Far too busy and had to always wait. I’m noticed some people staying got quite annoyed.

Property was decent and front desk/food service staff was courteous. Room was ok but had several amenity issues. Conditioner bottle was empty, iron didn't work and dishwasher was full of dishes. Also, front entrance security person had zero personality or desire to be there. Elevators get packed before 11am and wait times can be longer than 15 mins.

The property is very convenient to access any borough. World Trade Center is right there with beautiful scenery and shopping stores from high end to thrifty. All kinds of food, snacks and pharmacy near by. I stay here every time I go to NYC from Boston.
