The room was subpar at best. Upon arrival, the elevators were out of service, which forced me to go next door, enter two separate access codes, and then figure out which set of stairs to use just to reach my room. This was inconvenient and frustrating, especially after a long day.
Once inside, I pulled back the sheets to inspect the bed and found a strand of hair, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. The mattress was uncomfortable, and it took quite some time before I was able to get settled enough to fall asleep. The towels were very rough and unpleasant against my skin.
The shower itself was decent, but the water never got truly hot—only lukewarm, despite the handle being turned all the way to hot.
Overall, the experience did not match the price. I definitely overpaid for what was provided and would not consider this a good value for the cost.
