I had an excellent stay. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The location is perfect for exploring downtown, surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, and plenty of things to do. So close to the freedom Tower, the Oculus and Battery Park City. Clean room, easy friendly check-in. Parking is tough but they have an agreement with a garage for a discounted rate. Did not get the breakfast.

I booked a room with two queens but the beds were clearly full sized beds. When I inquired about this, the clerk insisted they were queen sized beds. I can assure you they were not. I ended up sleeping with my daughter instead of my husband after one night of almost falling off the bed all night. Their bookings are misleading.

Customer service was excellent, we were able to check in early without any problem and after checking out, they offer the option of storing bags during the day at no additional charge. The location is very convenient, close to the 09/11 memorial and the room was also very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We ONLY booked with this hotel because it is advertised as two queen bedroom. These beds are not queens they are double size aka a full size bed. Not big enough for 2 people to share
