We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! The room was spacious and spotless and we had such a great sleep as it was quiet and had the comfiest mattress we had ever slept on! We have stayed in many a hotel in New York over the years but both said this is the best hotel experience we had ever had! Reception staff were really lovely to especially Ricky he was so helpful and friendly We will definitely be staying there here again .

Location is great and staff was very helpful....thank you Carl! We originally had an room with an adjoining door and it was super loud, so we had to move from 9th to 10th floor and it was much better. Restaurant was nice too!
