The lotion and hair soap, conditioner needs an upgrade. Also towels need to be replaced. The staff was excellent and the mattress was fabulous. You do hear a lot of police sirens at night but that’s not their fault. The location is perfect.

The property was in a great location walkable to many attractions. Close to a subway station. The rooms were nice a little outdated. Very uncomfortable pillows. We only used housekeeping for one day and they did not throw out our empty water bottles. We had a Kierig coffee maker never brought clean mugs or paper cups or new coffee pods. The concierge Mary was extremely helpful and so kind!

Gave housekeeping 5 hours to make up the room and they didn’t. Bedding was damp for the whole stay, had to request water first night and didn’t receive any more for the balance of the stay
