Rooms were clean, but kinda outdated. Location is great. Front desk was super helpful. I booked through hotels.com but the reservation didn’t go through to the actual hotel. Nate at front desk was nice enough to get me a room anyway at the rate hotels.com quoted. Rate in general was expensive though cause it’s new York and it’s December but relative to everywhere else, it was good.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and had an incredible city view. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very responsive. We ordered room service and were impressed—the food and coffee were a solid 10/10. I stayed with two children (one toddler and one teen), and the room worked perfectly for our family. I would absolutely stay here again.
