The front desk staff was not very helpful, and their responses felt unprofessional. The air conditioning panel was broken at first, though it was fixed later. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the elevator, and the TV wouldn’t connect to my phone. Overall, the service was disappointing. The only positive aspects were the view and the housekeeping staff, who were polite and efficient.

Overpriced, cramped rooms, slow counter service, extremely slow elevators to the point where we had to take the stairs more than once (from 17th floor). Inconvenient elevators: at least one elevator does not go to the 17th floor. Odd. What was lacking: complimentary coffee in the morning.

The room was clean, staff always kind, location was phenomenal (subways close & many attractions nearby). The only thing we would’ve loved is a microwave to reheat any leftovers from our meals and a wash & fold laundry service or a laundromat for those of us staying a week or more. However, overall it was a fantastic hotel. The housekeeping staff was very helpful/kind as well. Thank you for a great stay!
